The Exchange connects international businesses looking to outsource services and products to high-level Chinese companies and business brokers. The Chinese companies that operate on the Exchange have strict requirements to operate according to International Business Standards ensuring the high quality delivery of all products and services.

The connection between the international companies seeking to outsource and the Chinese companies looking to take their products and services to the international market is efficient and seamless. Chinese companies create a profile in which strict requirements must be met before admission to the Exchange. The International Professional seeking to outsource will fill out basic information indicating what services or products are required as with specifications or details regarding the request. The request gets routed through the Exchange to two to four of the most relevant companies and the connection is made. Our program is not restricted to Chinese nationals or Chinese owned companies, any company operating out of China looking to outsource service to the international market is encouraged to participate.

How It Works

1. The Chinese Professional goes to "Create a Profile" and fills out information regarding the services and products that they are looking to provide international companies.

2. The Chinese Professional will be contacted by the Exchange to determine the qualifications and confirm the services that can be provide by the company to the international market (see requirements for Chinese Companies).

3. Once a company has been confirmed for service and a service request is received from an international company the Chinese Professional will be contacted regarding the request.

4. The Exchange will send an email to the International Professional with a profile and information regarding the international company they have been connected to.

        a) Profiles for Chinese companies are a mixture of customer reviews,
        company information and the company's history with Exchange Nexus.

        b) When applicable, the Exchange Nexus highly recommends connecting
        with companies with an established record of quality and participation in
        Exchange programs; particularly business incubation. For more information

5. The Chinese Professional will be given the specifications of the products or services requested and contact information to the appropriate person within the international company to get further details and information to put a proposal together.

6. The Exchange will send a follow-up request to the international companies two to four weeks after the initial request to determine the results of the request and level of service provided by the Chinese Professional.

7. The Exchange will update the Chinese Professional's profile with any reviews that come in from the international companies and continue to promote those Chinese Professionals that maintain high ratings.

Requirements For Chinese Companies

1. Must be legally licensed

2. Must have a physical location in China

3. Must complete extensive profile and screening process

4. Must be able to communicate in English

5. Must maintain satisfactory customer reviews

        a) Minimum 2/3 of all reviews must be positive

6. Encouraged to participate in Exchange Mentoring program

7. Encouraged to participate in Exchange Virtual Business Incubation project

8. Encouraged to utilize Exchange's "Outsourcing Best Practices" training materials
